We want you totally love our products as much as we do. If you ever experience it differently we will be happy to help and create a no-questions asked return policy. Please notify us within 3 days of received goods via email (email@example.com) of your return wish and we will get in touch with you to obtain a return number.
A full refund of the price (minus shipping) you paid for the item will be issued within thirty days of receipt provided the item is returned in its original condition: unused, in its original packaging and in a resellable condition. Non refundable are shipping costs. Return shipping has to be paid by you.
We will not refund if your product has been used or opened by you. We hope this is understandable that due to hygienic reason we cannot accept returns from used or opened products.
If you receive your goods in damaged conditions, please contact us within 3 days as we will arrange a replacement or refund your purchase.
